Beta signup privacy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

What this form collects

When you request beta access, Mervilo receives your email address, your confirmation that you have an eligible device, your optional learning goal, and the time of your request. Please keep personal or sensitive details out of your learning goal.

How your information is used

Your answers help select and contact beta testers, send invitations when available, and ask for feedback about Mervilo. This form does not subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter. Requesting access does not guarantee an invitation.

Where it is stored

Responses are stored in a private database for this website, hosted through Cloudflare. They are not displayed publicly, sold, or sent to OpenAI’s AI models for curriculum generation. Cloudflare processes requests and may process technical information, such as IP addresses and service logs, to operate and secure the website.

The form also uses a short-lived code derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. This code rotates hourly and expired entries are cleared when another request is processed. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this page.

Your choices

Your learning goal is optional. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your signup information, or stop beta-related contact, by emailing ken.perry.dev@gmail.com. Signup information is kept for managing beta participation until it is no longer needed or you ask for it to be deleted.

Using the app

This notice covers the website signup form. If you join the beta, Apple’s TestFlight terms and privacy information apply to TestFlight, and the Mervilo app privacy policy explains how the app works with your information.
